Service Description

GelX nails are considered by some to be better than acrylic nails for several reasons: 1. **Natural Look and Feel:** GelX nails are often more flexible and lightweight than acrylic nails, providing a more natural look and feel. 2. **Less Damage:** GelX nails are typically gentler on the natural nails compared to acrylic nails, which can be more harsh and damaging. 3. **Odor-Free:** The application process for GelX nails is usually odor-free, unlike acrylic nails which can have a strong chemical smell. 4. **Durability:** GelX nails can be very durable and long-lasting, similar to acrylic nails, but without the potential for yellowing over time. 5. **Flexibility:** GelX nails are more flexible than acrylic nails, making them less likely to break or chip.

Cancellation Policy

​*IMPORTANT* FL.BEAUTYBAR ALL APPOINTMENTS & PROCEDURES POLICIES: Please read these policies before booking any appointments at FL.BeautyBar to make sure you fully understand, as FL.BeautyBar is not responsible for what you do not read. No refunds on any service under any circumstances. FL.BeautyBar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Reason for these policies is that while we are ever so grateful for our wonderful clients, timely and efficient service is necessary for us to provide outstanding customer service. If you fail to comply with these policies, we are unable to service everyone in a fair and efficient way. We are thankful for your business and welcome any inquiries about these policies. ​ DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS For appointments, we charge you a deposit fee or a full amount upfront in order to hold and confirm your appointment. The deposit or full payment upfront will be deducted from the total cost of your session. A deposit fee or full payment upfront is required to book and confirm all appointments. If you do not pay a deposit fee or full payment upfront and you do not have an email confirmation of your appointment, you do not have a scheduled appointment. All deposit fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by your service provider.  NO SHOWS:  If you no call, no show your initial appointment, your deposit fee or full payment will automatically be forfeited and you will be banned from booking again. For last minute cancelations, you will have to pay a new deposit fee or full payment to book again, new deposit fee or full payment will be nonrefundable. RESCHEDULING For all appointments, to best utilize appointment times for all clients a 24-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment via text message 321-758-1221. Should you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will be subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment outside of the timeframe of this policy, you definitely can, however you will have to pay another non-refundable fee and/or may be required to pay in full prior to booking another date. *Please note* Appointments may only be moved twice.  TARDINESS: Please try to arrive on time. If you are 15 minutes late to any appointment, your appointment could be cancelled, you will be asked to reschedule, and the same policies as above will apply. This is because all clients receive thorough consultations as well as detailed and precise work. As a result, we will not rush your appointment or the appointments of others. Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, whether or any other personal emergency, please plan accordingly. Therefore, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will forfeit your deposit fee and be required to pay for the balance of your appointment before you can re-book. New clients should arrive 5 minutes early prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. CANCELLATIONS: If you choose to cancel your appointment you will automatically forfeit your booking deposit fee or full payment amount.  GUEST POLICY: Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We do not allow family, friends, boyfriends, husbands, children, and/or pets to accompany you in the procedure room. Please plan accordingly.
