It involves applying a keratin-based solution to the hair, which is then sealed in using heat from a flat iron. Please note: * All services are non-refundable once rendered. * Timely arrival helps us serve you and others efficiently. * A deposit or full payment is required to confirm appointments and is non-refundable unless cancelled by your provider. NO SHOWS: Missing your appointment forfeits your deposit/payment. Multiple instances may affect future bookings. For last-minute cancellations, a new non-refundable payment is required to reschedule. RESCHEDULING: Please provide 24-hour notice for changes. Late rescheduling may incur a fee equivalent to the service cost. You may reschedule twice, subject to availability and additional fees. TARDINESS: Please aim to arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for services over 1 hour. Late arrival may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit/payment.
